My wife and I couldn’t settle on where we wanted to spend our Honeymoon but once we discovered the Villas at Ocama we booked right away. Once we arrived, we knew we made the right decision. This unique stay offered a beautiful 3 floor villa, picturesque views everywhere you look, privacy, a private beach, a short golf cart ride away, and wonderful service from every single staff member. Hans and Mark were very responsive and helpful through our entire stay, Hemilio was available 24/7 and ensured we had everything we needed, Stefano’s food was excellent everyday (I highly suggest booking the private dinner), and my wife booked a 2 hour massage on the beach and said the masseuse gave her the best massage she ever had. We are extremely pleased with everything and don’t think we could have had a better honeymoon. I highly suggest booking a Villa at Ocama, you won’t regret it!
Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. The first time that you open that front door and see miles of water, mountains, and jungle is a memory that will always stick with me. Ocama is a place to notice and appreciate the small things that we lose sight of on a daily basis: the first sunlight hitting the tree tops in the morning, the last bit of sun on the mountains in the national park in the afternoon, the birds singing as they awaken in the morning, the bugs talking all night long, and my favorite was the sound of the waves gently hitting the shore below. The service is 5 star and then some; chef Stefano delivers amazing meals and drinks to you whenever you would like, the staff is kind and empathetic, and all of your needs are met as you reconnect in the serenity of nature). We wanted a peaceful getaway, a chance to disconnect from our busy lives and not have to lift a finger. Ocama delivered this and more. Hans and his team ensured all our needs were met. Arranged taxi transport to villa, amazing food and drink delivered to villa, couples massage, beach hopping boat tour. Hans and his team arranged it all. Delicious meals(thanks you Chef Stefano) were delivered and set up by the efficient always smiling Hermilio. Housekeeping came everyday and left our villa spotless and refreshed. Orquideaea checked in everyday and pointed us in the right direction for an epic hike ( we hiked from playa Colorado to playa Rincón). The team was always a text message away. The views from the decks were amazing. Bed was comfy, appreciated the comfy outdoor furniture.
